When I was eighteen I put on a backpack, got myself a basic 'advanced compact' fuji camera and decided to wander around Europe on my own for a while and when I got home, all I wanted was to be away again.

Since that first trip, I've got to know myself and my camera, now a Canon 7D, a lot better- my life has revolved around travel and exploration. I have searched for adventure and experience, mostly across Asia and Africa over the last ten years, and I take pictures, write and draw along the way.

When I'm not travelling, I freelance as an illustrator and designer, and spend my evenings working backstage in London's West End, while I dream about being in a far off places with a backpack on, and plan my next big adventure.
